Establishing how Laneige is digitally presented.
Proximity Singapore was tasked to come up with a brand playbook for Laneige. Working together with the BBDO planning team, we came up with strategies and guidelines such as Tone of Voice and, but not limited to, Crisis Management, on how Laneige should present themselves on their digital platform.
